Delivery - Phone Cases and Tote Bags

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of phone cases and up to 12 working days for the delivery of tote bags (public holidays, holiday seasons incur further delays)
These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.

  • All shipping from Printful is processed via Royal Mail and DPD

Returns and Refunds - Phone Cases and Tote Bags

  • Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date (non refundable after 14 days).

  • Phone cases and Tote bags are shipped by Printful, the return address is set by default to the Printful facility. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days, This is non refundable.

  • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once a confirmation for an updated address is confirmed (if and as applicable).

  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. (if and as applicable)

  • We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Delivery - Prints

Please allow up to 15 working days from purchases of prints for order processing, packaging and delivery (public holidays, holiday seasons incur further delays)
To shop Prints of any paintings, please e-mail me directly via contact form.

  • All shipping is processed via Royal Mail.

  • Orders have tracking information included.

  • Small prints are packed carefully in tissue paper in a sturdy envelope, larger prints are rolled up carefully in tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard postage tube.

Returns and Refunds - Prints

Please contact me directly at noreenfarooqartist@gmail.com with any issues mentioned below,

  • The prints have arrived damaged or unsatisfactorily to discuss a replacement.

  • The package has not arrived after 4 weeks, from Royal Mail estimated delivery date.

  • We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

If your package was returned back to us because the package was delivered to a Post Office for collection, but not collected by due date, or, you have supplied an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you via e-mail.

  • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once a confirmation for an updated address is confirmed (if and as applicable).
